The product
What is a TrailerHome mobile home?
A complete small home built on a steel chassis with axles and wheels. It is built entirely in the factory of NIKITAS COMPANY in Provatas, Serres, Greece — with insulated sandwich panels, windows and doors, wiring and plumbing — and delivered ready to your site.
What is the difference between the Modern, Classic and Nature lines?
The construction is shared; the character changes. The Modern Line has a large sliding glass door and an anthracite frame. The Classic Line has a front door and shuttered windows, in white or wood-look, with a flat or tiled roof. The Nature Line has glass walls, timber-look cladding and a deck.
What sizes do you build?
As a guide, 2.50 m wide and 6.00, 7.50, 8.50 or 9.50 m long, with one or two bedrooms, a living area, kitchen and bathroom. Every line is also built to custom dimensions, within road-transport limits.
Can I change the layout, exterior or equipment?
Yes. Dimensions, layout, exterior and colours, roof, windows, kitchen, bathroom and energy are all agreed with you. You see elevation drawings and, where useful, 3D before we build. See custom builds.
Can I live in it all year round?
The walls and roof are insulated sandwich panels and the unit can have air conditioning, for comfort in winter and summer. For permanent living or for mountain areas with hard winters, we agree with you the insulation and heating your location needs.
Can the mobile home be energy-independent?
Yes. We can fit a solar power system so it has electricity where the grid doesn’t reach. The system is sized to your consumption.
What is included when I take delivery?
The unit comes with complete electrical and plumbing installations, windows with shutters and the interior we agreed — for example kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning. Furniture, appliances, a deck or a pergola are listed explicitly in your quote.
Permits & placement
Do I need a permit to place a mobile home on my land?
It depends on the use, where the land is and how it is zoned, whether the unit will be permanently connected to power, water and drainage, and the rules of your country. Because this varies case by case, ask a local engineer about your specific property before you order. We supply all the technical details of the unit they will need.
What kind of base does it need?
Level, firm ground or a simple base for the support legs. The unit stands on its own chassis and is levelled on its legs, so it does not need building foundations. We tell you exactly what your plot needs before delivery.
How is it connected to power, water and drainage?
The unit’s installations are complete when it leaves the factory. Connection to the plot’s utilities is done on site by licensed technicians. Where there is no grid power, the answer is a solar system.
Can I move it later?
Yes. The home rests on its own steel chassis. It is disconnected from the utilities and moved again by truck and crane to a new location.
Transport
How does the home reach my land?
It is craned onto a truck at the factory, driven to your site and lowered into place by crane. On the plot we level it on its support legs.
What do I need to prepare for delivery day?
- Access for a truck and crane, without low cables or branches.
- Room for the crane close to where the home will stand.
- Level, firm ground or a base.
- Power, water and drainage, if the unit will be connected.
Do you deliver across Greece and abroad?
Yes. We deliver throughout Greece and abroad. The route is planned and priced in your quote.
Prices & ordering

How long does it take to build?
